I am very grateful for Mint Dentistry. I went to another dental office and the dentist there was supposed to do a root canal and because I couldn’t take the pain just left a broken tooth in my mouth. Every time I go to the Little York location I get a very good comforting and inviting experience with Daniel. Cyan also assisted me with my treatment plan and she had great customer service. The representative at the front desk with the braids I forgot to catch her name but she always makes you feel like a celebrity when you enter the door. I've gotta say, as someone who's never had dental work done before, I'm glad I chose this place on a whim. I walked in without an appointment, and was greeted by the friendly faces of Sierra and Baily, which was refreshing considering the extreme pain I was in from my wisdom teeth. After they gave me all the information I needed, they were willing to take me as a walk in and got straight to the exam. There I met Yaya, who is without a doubt, the shining star of this location. I'm a tough guy, but even I wasn't thrilled about having someone stick sharp objects in my mouth, but Yaya kept my mind busy and kept me at ease. Moments after the xray, I was informed about the work that needed to be done, went over pricing, and I gave them the green light to do the work. Within about 30mins of walking in with wisdom teeth pain, they were already injecting me with a numbing agent to get to work. The process took about another 45mins, and afterwards Yaya went over what to expect and do in care of my mouth after the surgery and answered any questions I had while I had to communicate by typing on my phone. These ladies up here really turned a bad day into a much much more tolerable one with their personalities and comfort. Definitely will be back. More

I had a tooth break. I was in so much pain. My regular dentist couldn't fit me in. My husband found this Mint dentist. I walked in, no appointment, no hope, sure I would be sent away. There I was in a beautiful lobby thinking that even if they could see me I couldn't afford them. That is when the magic happened, Bailey asked if she could help me. Did I have an appointment? I explained my morning and pain. She said if I could wait a few minutes she could have the dentist examine me and tell me how they could help. They were so kind. Everyone was friendly. When I was in the dentist chair nervous and hurting the dental assistant asked if there was a type of music I would like to listen to and would I like the massage chair turned on. No joke. With my favorite music and my chair vibrating it was hard to be nervous. The dentist examined me, she was very gentle. She talked with me about what procedures I needed. Then Bailey told me the cost, for my care. So reasonable, very affordable. Not long later I was leaving the office no longer in pain. I would recommend this dentist to everyone. I returned for another appointment and saw a different dentist in the office. My experience was even better! ❤️ More

It was my first visit to this location. I was immediately greeted with smiling faces even at 8am. The desk manager Bailey was so polite and friendly we eveb spoke on some off service related topics, Joseph the dental assistant was very thorough and explain every set of my visit. Dr. Lee was really nice and worked very fast. The facility was extremely cold to me and the waiting area could use some dusting (light fixtures and floor). Getting great service and paying a premium cost for dental work is something I do not take for granted. I commend the staff for the genuine greetings, explanation of costs, hospitality, thoroughly educating me on habits to improve on because we all get lazy with brushing & flossing consistently everyday. (I admit that I had been lazy with brushing & flossing and a reflection of those bad habits appeared as a cause & effect on my teeth & gums) As a result, the hygienist Rosie cared enough to detail me on brushing and flossing to eliminate a repeat occurrence of buildup. I so appreciated knowing where and how to properly brush and floss at the gum line. Not paying attention to detail will always cost you more in the end. I'm grateful.
