I went in for a small concern but ended up getting my semi annual cleaning by the best hygienist in Houston, Texas “Daniel”. Every time I go to the Little York location I get a very good comforting and inviting experience with Daniel. Cyan also assisted me with my treatment plan and she had great customer service. The representative at the front desk with the braids I forgot to catch her name but she always makes you feel like a celebrity when you enter the door. The dentist was patient and listened to my concerns. Me being a registered nurse I know the significance of having great customer service in the industry. I will forever continue to come to this location even if I move further out. More

Had an amazing experience getting my wisdom tooth removed for the first time. I was honestly not expecting the process to be so smooth and fast. They provide free x-rays, cleanings & teeth whitening. Today I went in about 30 minutes before my appointment to get a routine check up and they still saw me almost immediately. I was finished quickly and they proscribed be a toothpaste for my sensitivity that I was able to pick up the same day. More

I care about my dental hygiene. I also care about the person(s) that are responsible for working in my mouth. Their knowledge, attention to detail, love for what they do and how I am treated is a huge importance to me. Getting great service and paying a premium cost for dental work is something I do not take for granted. I commend the staff for the genuine greetings, explanation of costs, hospitality, thoroughly educating me on habits to improve on because we all get lazy with brushing & flossing consistently everyday. (I admit that I had been lazy with brushing & flossing and a reflection of those bad habits appeared as a cause & effect on my teeth & gums) As a result, the hygienist Rosie cared enough to detail me on brushing and flossing to eliminate a repeat occurrence of buildup. I so appreciated knowing where and how to properly brush and floss at the gum line. Not paying attention to detail will always cost you more in the end. I'm grateful. First time coming to this location and I really appreciated the high energy and welcoming staff when I first walked in. The facility feels new and very well kept. Danny was my hygienist and he did a fantastic job on my deep cleaning. He made sure I received a very thorough clean and that I was never had discomfort. I want to start with the front desk, Mayra was so helpful when I checked in early I was offered water and was received well in the lobby. The doctor Scott had great bedside manners and Daniel made me feel so comfortable and made my teeth shine after my cleaning. Katy location to help out at Little York. Christina, was very attentive, personalable, and informative. She was gentle as well during my exrays...I just really enjoyed my visit with her. Then the Dental Hygienist Kim, was the most thorough Hygienist I've ever had in my life!! She did an immaculate job of cleaning my teeth and even erased my stains. I don't want to forget the front desk either they were very informative of the checkin process and Dental plan. I'm giving them another chance soon to fill my cavities. More

This was a very consistently pleasant experience from start to finish. From the first rep who scheduled my appointment at the call center down to the rep who called me a day after my appointment to check in and see if my pain had improved, the Mint team exceeded all expectations when it came to customer service. After my appointment I accidentally called the billing department with a question about their complimentary teeth whitening and the biller, who I’m sure had other duties like claims to handle, took the time answering my questions and scheduled my follow up appointment for me. Typically you would get transferred at other companies but I appreciated that her response was “I can help you,” and she certainly did. Dr. Jones and Temetria were so polite and made me feel very comfortable. Within hours of the procedure my pain I’d been experiencing for 5 months was completely gone. Massage chairs, Pandora, Netflix, friendly staff and a clean facility. I’ve already started recommending them to friends and family. More

High tech equipment that was way better then a high end dentist office I was going to before. If you dont have PPO like I did at the time. They do offer a yearly membership that offers discounts and comes with I believe two cleanings and whitening trays. Overall the techs and doctor was amazing. The new manager I'm not a big fan of her. I walked in and right away I was great with a warm smile and I filled out papers which took a total of 2 mins . Then 4 minutes later I was taken back to be seen and begin my cleaning . During the cleaning I was able to sit back and relax watch a movie and the process was simple and smooth . Mint dentistry is such an amazing place , I love the service very speeding and the employees are awesome as well very nice and genuine. JUST ALL AROUND SUPERB SERVICE More

I called to find out more information about their dental office, and I was absolutely pleased with the great customer service that I was granted. Jazmin and Rosa answer the phone saying, "how can I make you smile today," and they did just that. They understood my needs and tried to figure out how those needs could be best met. I got a cleaning and two of my wisdom teeth were extracted! I didn't feel any pain, and Doctor Jordan was amazing! They are not in insurance network, but the cost was so affordable. I only paid $30 dollars. More

Second visit in two separate locations and both offered the same customer service experience. My review for this facility - Genuine smiles and customer service. Went in for a dental cleaning and then after some fillings that needed to be done. Lasted about 1hr and 45 minutes (from the time I walked in by the time I left) which is what I anticipated and nothing more considering fillings take a while. Answered any questions I had, thorough with every step they took and why the took it. Accepted my PPO insurance. At other offices the time you spend waiting sucks but here, I didn't feel rushed or waited too long for my fillings or my cleaning. More

I would have never written this 5-STAR review if MINT dentistry hadn't impressed me by going above and beyond to earn my business. This is literally the best dentist I've ever been to. not only is it updated with the most frequent social media but they're super nice , very attentive and super fast. Another plus is the free teeth whitening and I love it. I recommend this to everyone. More
